Refunds

  • Refunds for online courses and classes are available within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must not have accessed more than 25% of the course content.
  • Refunds will not be granted if you have completed more than 25% of the course content.
  • To request a refund for an online course or class, please contact our customer support team at info@prolearn.ac.bw
  • Provide your order details, including the course name and purchase date.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of approval.
  • Books and journals can be returned within 2 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, including any packaging or tags.
  • To initiate a refund for a book or journal, please contact our customer support team.
  • Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a book or journal for a different size or title, please contact our customer support team to discuss exchange options.

Gifts

  • If you received an online course, class, book, or journal as a gift and wish to return or exchange it, please contact our customer support team.
  • You will need to provide the original purchaser’s name and order information to facilitate the return or exchange.

Returns

Books and Journals:

  • To return a book or journal, please contact our customer support team.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your return and notify you of the status.
