Refunds
- Refunds for online courses and classes are available within 7 days from the date of purchase.
 - To be eligible for a refund, you must not have accessed more than 25% of the course content.
 - Refunds will not be granted if you have completed more than 25% of the course content.
 - To request a refund for an online course or class, please contact our customer support team at info@prolearn.ac.bw
 - Provide your order details, including the course name and purchase date.
 - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of approval.
 - Books and journals can be returned within 2 days from the date of purchase.
 - To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, including any packaging or tags.
 - To initiate a refund for a book or journal, please contact our customer support team.
 - Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
 - Refunds will be processed to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
 
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a book or journal for a different size or title, please contact our customer support team to discuss exchange options.
Gifts
- If you received an online course, class, book, or journal as a gift and wish to return or exchange it, please contact our customer support team.
 - You will need to provide the original purchaser’s name and order information to facilitate the return or exchange.

Books and Journals:
